From lighting performance to fabrication detail, each element is considered as part of a complete system. This means installation plays a critical role in achieving the intended outcome.

This Contractor Support hub provides the guidance, documentation and technical support required to help ensure systems are installed correctly, efficiently and in line with specification.

Best practice for installation

Following installation best practice helps ensure consistent results, reduces on-site issues and supports the intended lighting performance and finish.

  • Ensure correct surface preparation before installation

  • Maintain recommended spacing and layout for uniform illumination

  • Avoid compression or distortion of lighting components

  • Follow specified electrical requirements and power limitations

  • Consider environmental conditions including heat, moisture and access

Correct installation is essential to achieving a clean, uniform finish and maintaining long-term system performance.
